Refund policy
I want you to be an informed and confident plant parent.
- Should a plant die within two weeks of purchase, I will replace the plant at no cost. I do not accept returns of plants.
- If a shipped item is received in an unsatisfactory state, please contact me and attach photos of your shipment.
- I will happily replace a damaged terrarium or other glassware.
- Proof of purchase may be required
- Replacement plants or glassware will be shipped or can be picked up at local events. Please rearrange pickup by email.
